First Course

Choice of: Ensalada or Sopa

Tomato and Saffron bisque finished with roasted tomatoes and olive oil

Cream of sherry forest mushroom with goat cheese and garlic crostini

Spinach & fennel orange ,craisin, blue cheese and champagne vinaigrette

Arugula roasted red peppers pine nuts goat cheese sherry vinaigrette


Second Course

Choice of “1” Tapa Option:

Pincho de Pollo y Chorizo – skewered chicken and chorizo with garlic cumin aioli

Albóndigas Caseras* – meatballs in a spicy garlic cream sauce and garlic crostinis

Patatas Bravas y Chorizo – crispy yukon gold potatoes and Spanish sausage tossed in a smoky tomato sauce

Las Pelotas Estofadas* – meatballs in a red wine-bravas sauce served on grilled baguette topped with Manchego cheese and Maldon salt

La Tabla de Espana – an assortment of Spanish cheese, meat and olives

Champiñones a la Plancha – roasted mushrooms with garlic and white wine parsley sauce

Pan Plano con Salmon Ahumado* – smoked salmon flat bread with goat cheese, cucumbers, capers, balsamic and chives

Queso de Cabra Al Horno – goat cheese baked in a housemade tomato fresco served with garlic crostinis

Jamón Ibérico* – Serrano ham and Manchego cheese on tomato bread


Third Course

Choice of

Braised Short Rib – with a red wine reduction roasted forest mushrooms and crispy onions

Scallop and chorizo Mac – Mahon, mornay and a roasted garlic bread crumb

Vegetarian paella – Chinese eggplant,heirloom tomato, Bomba rice, soffrito, burrata, truffle balsamic,micro basil

Pork Chop – Sherry mustard marinated bone in pork chop,polenta, braised kale, confit pearl onion and a cabrales creme


Fourth Course

Choice of:

Flan with red wine poached luxardo cherries orange twist

Flourless Chocolate Torte rosemary salted caramel, raspberry compote and house whip
