First Course

Choice of: Ensalada or Sopa

Caldo Gallego garlic and white bean soup with chorizo and chicken

Potato, lobster and artichoke soup

Ensalada de Mariscos citrus marinated shrimp, calamari and bay scallops, with cucumber, Jalapeno and tomato

Arugula salad pomegranate, candied walnuts, goat cheese, red wine vinaigrette

Mixed lettuce and frisee salad Pink Lady apples, Manchego cheese crisp, sherry vinaigrette

 

Second Course

Choice of “1” Tapa Option:

Pincho de Pollo y Chorizo – skewered chicken and chorizo with garlic cumin aiol

Albóndigas Caseras* – meatballs in a spicy garlic cream sauce and garlic crostinis

Empanadas – filled with duck, golden raisins and pine nuts

Champiñones a la Plancha – roasted mushrooms with garlic and white wine parsley sauce

Solomillo – thin sliced raw beef tenderloin, arugula, Cabrales cheese

Burrata – with roasted butternut squash, almonds, dried cherries

Jamón Ibérico* – Serrano Ham and Manchego cheese on tomato bread

Boquerones – marinated white anchovies with red quinoa and preserved lemon

 

Third Course

Choice of

Short Rib braised in Rioja – roasted peppers, and oil-cured olives, with garlic potatoes

Seared salmon fillet – smashed Fingerling potatoes, caviar, sour cream

Roast duck leg – quince jam, potato and ham croquetas, Brussels sprouts

Pork shoulder roast – braised in Romesco, sautéed escarole, Marcona almonds

Breast of Chicken – Serrano ham, Shiitake mushrooms, Spanish brandy, wilted spinach

 

Fourth Course

Choice of:

Pavlova with lemon curd and honey blueberries

Dark chocolate espresso lava cake with vanilla bean ice cream and fresh berries

Caramelized Basque cheesecake

Deconstructed trifle with biscocho lux cherries and chocolate mousse
