The Kansas City Originals Restaurants, the metro’s nonprofit independent restaurant association, is pleased to announce the 2nd annual Red, Dine & Blue dining event on Wednesday, Sept. 11, as a way to honor and remember the victims of the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. The event will feature an array of restaurants and eateries throughout the metro area that will donate 10 percent of sales on Sept. 11, 2019 to the Red, Dine & Blue beneficiary, local nonprofit Hero Fund USA, Inc.
